Chose the place largely because of their promise to deep clean the car including cup holders, but they missed many details (and not tiny ones either, I could see the dirty spots with a quick glance and could easily wipe them myself with a wet paper towel). I sent these photos to them the day of/day after via text (where they texted me first asking how it was), but they never responded. They have multiple phone numbers so it's hard to call them, and when I finally did, they agreed to touch up my car but unfortunately I was rear ended and had to take my car into the repair shop. By the time I had time to come in again, they refused to touch up the car because it had been too long (understandable, but disappointing considering I sent them the photos right after the car cleaning so they know I wasn't making things up). I gave them a large tip too before noticing the problems. They did do a good job of scraping the moss off the exterior of the car, but overall it's not worth the money and I would've chosen another place in hindsight that would've been similar price but cleaned better. I'm not very happy about the results of my car clean. On the surface it seemed clean but they missed obvious spots and it looks like they DID NOT DETAIL clean my car. I paid almost $400 for this job. I would like a partial refund. I'm disappointed 😞

Huge thank you to my mom for the gift of a detail from Derek’s Auto Detail—my 2014 Prius desperately needed it. It had been cleaned over the years but not truly detailed in about 8 years, and it showed. Grubby, worn, and with some road rash. Derek did an incredible job. The interior looks pristine—honestly better than I expected. Th exterior looks it’s best and all the pine needles, debris and pollen have been removed from the nooks and crannies. Shiny and sparkly. The process was easy from start to finish. Derek confirmed the appointment by phone, then did a quick walk-through with me so I could point out problem areas. He was clear about what he could and couldn’t do, which I really appreciated—expectations were set and fully met. Finished on time, no surprises, great communication. Highly recommend. I’ll definitely be back — but sooner next time.

Website lists 2-door small pickups as $389. I have a tiny 2001 Ford Ranger. They wanted to charge me $440 for it even though it's literally the smallest pickup on the market. Argued that their website was talking about even smaller trucks and that my truck had way too much surface area. Wouldn't honor what their website said which makes me think they aren't trustworthy and don't deserve my business. I left without getting a detail and am now back to square one looking for a reliable and honest detail shop for my two cars.

Was given a Groupon for interior and exterior detail for Christmas. Finally made my appointment, and was super happy with the results! Marco did an amazing job on my 2020 Rav4 (I tipped him 40.00 because he did so good!) I have black carpets and black leather with a cream colored 100lbs pitbull, so my car was basically white -- literally covered in white hair, dirt, and sand, even though I cover the back seats. As you can see from the pictures, my carpet is once again black! The exterior was pristine. I used to be an auto detailer, so there are things that I check for like, were my seats moved? Were the door jams cleaned? Between the seats cleaned? Pockets of doors/backs of seats? Marco got ALL of it. Will definitely recommend. If you are using Groupon, please review the fine print at the bottom, so you aren't surprised going in (I wasn't, but some people might be): get the right size Groupon for your make and model, you ARE responsible for tax and any add ons that are not covered by the Groupon, and PLEASE tip your technician well. I can speak from experience that this is a hard job, and these guys are paid commission + tips. So be kind!
